LEGAL NOTICE Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program Invitation for Bids FY25 HIGHWAY SUPPLIES & SERVICES The Berkshire Regional Group Purchasing Program, acting on behalf of the Town of Florida, invites bids for joint cooperative purchases for July 5, 2024, through June 30, 2025, for the following highway supplies and services for FY25: FY25-9A Chip Sealing. Bid packages are available Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at BRGPP's OpenGov online procurement portal found at: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/berkshire-planning. Bids need to be submitted through the online procurement portal no later than Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at 11:00 AM. Bids will then be opened publicly and read aloud via Zoom. A Zoom link will be made available through the Open Gov online procurement portal. All bids for services are subject to the prevailing wage rates as per Mass. General Laws Chapter 149, Section 26 to 27F inclusive and Chapter 30, Section 39M, and a 5% bid deposit is required, in the form of a bid bond or certified check, unless specified in the bid package. All bidders must be prequalified by MassDOT for the following approved classes of work: FY25-9A Pavement Surfacing with an estimated value of $391,063.50. As the awarding authority, BRGPP and its participants reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in total or in part, and to take whatever action is deemed most favorable to the best interest of the participants.
