Notice of Intent: Submitted by Patrick and Denise Chelstowiski for the proposed construction of a single family home, well, and septic system (MassDEP File #102-0484) within the Buffer Zone of a BVW and Bank of an Intermittent Stream at 0 Trail Circle (Map 213, Lot 99.2 & 100).
