PUBLIC HEARING ADAMS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS In accordance with the Adams Zoning Bylaws and requirements of MGL c. 40A, the following public hearing will be conducted at the Town Hall, Mahogany Room, 1st floor, 8 Park Street, Adams, MA on Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. Application of Zachary E. Poplaski for the property located at 19 Second Street (Map 116, Parcel 224) requesting an administrative appeal under 125-2 of the Adams Zoning Bylaw to appeal the Zoning Enforcement Officer's determination that the applicant violated the conditions of their Special Permit issued by the Zoning Board Appeals regarding the keeping of chickens (Open Uses, Livestock not accessory to a farm) in an R-3 Zoning District. A copy of the proposed Administrative Appeal Application is available at the Town of Adams Town Clerk's office during normal business hours.
