TOWN OF LEE, MASSACHUSETTS PLANNING BOARD NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Monday, February 26th, 2024 at 6:45 pm in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 40A, Section 5 regarding proposed amendments to the Zoning Bylaws of the Town of Lee. The nature of the hearing is to present and discuss revisions of Chapter 199-9.11 Marijuana Establishments. The meeting will be held in the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street and via Zoom. Log-in information will be available at least 48 hours in advance of the meeting on the Town of Lee website (www.lee.ma.us). Comments may be submitted to the Planning Board via brooke.healy@lee.ma.us. Copies of the materials are available for review in the office of Town Clerk and the Planning Board.
