TOWN OF LEE REQUEST FOR SERVICES (RFS) PUBLIC SAFETY FACILITY OWNER'S PROJECT MANAGER The Town of Lee, acting through its Town Administrator, herein after called the "Owner" invites proposals from qualified Owner's Project Managers (OPM), as defined in MGL Ch 149 and 7C, and as further defined by the provisions of the RFS, to oversee and manage the design, bid and construction of a new Public Safety Facility, herein after called the "Project". The total fee, including expenses, shall be negotiated, with the maximum cost not to exceed $875,000 for OPM services during Design, Demolition, Remediation, and Construction Phases up to and including a certificate of occupancy and completion of punch list items. Contract documents will be available at https://www.lee.ma.us. Proposals must be received at the Lee Town Hall no later than August 19, 2024, by 3:00pm. Each individual or firm recorded as having requested a set of Contract Documents will be electronically notified via email when Addenda are issued. It is the sole responsibility of the proposer to review all Addenda prior to the proposal deadline. Timely submission of a proposal shall be the full responsibility of the proposer. The Town Clerks Time Stamp is the time of record. It is the proposer's responsibility to confirm that a proposal has been submitted and/or retracted and that the proposal is 100% true, complete, and accurate. The Town Administrator reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all proposals and waive any informality in procurement procedures to the extent allowed by law and make the award as may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
