Angell to Suntrust Mortgage, Inc., dated July 31, 2002, and recorded in Berkshire County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1339, Page 317, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
