Chapter 91 Application Number 26-WW01-0134-APP Applicant: Marshall Raser and Marion Raser Project Location: 73 Tor Court, Waters of the Onota Lake, Pittsfield, Berkshire County Notification Date: October 23, 2026 Public Comment Deadline: November 23, 2026 Public notice is hereby given of the Chapter 91 License application by Marshall Raser and Marion Raser for the installation and maintenance of a pile-supported seasonal pier with ladder and shoreline protection structure with embedded steps within waters of Onota Lake located at 73 Tor Court in the City of Pittsfield, Berkshire County. The proposed project has preliminarily been determined to be a Water-Dependent Use. The Department will consider all written comments on this application received by November 23, 2026 (Public Comments Deadline). Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten (10) citizens or more to submit written comments to the Waterways Regulation Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c). The group of citizens must include at least five (5) citizens who are residents of the municipality in which the proposed project is located. A public hearing may be held at the request of the Municipal Official.
