City of Pittsfield Pittsfield Community Development Board Notice of Special Permit Public Hearing The Pittsfield Community Development Board will hold a public hearing on the application of BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. for a special permit under Section 10.110F (Reducing the Requirement for Parking also referred to as a Parking Waiver) of the Pittsfield Zoning Ordinance for property located at 495 Hubbard Ave. in the BJ's parking lot. The special permit would allow for the reduction in the number of parking spaces required. The subject parcel can be further identified as Assessor's Map M13-0001-211. The applicant would like to remove one existing parking space for the installation of a sidewalk ramp from the existing "Buy On-line Pick Up in Club" door to the nearest pavement location. The ramp will be designated as a loading space for the employees to utilize to deliver customer orders from the store to their cars.
