NOTICE OF MORTGAGEE'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Lori McHugh to Washington Mutual Bank dated February 9, 2007, recorded at the Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 3729, Page 27; said mortgage was then assigned to Citibank, NA as trustee for WaMu Series 2007-HE2 Trust by virtue of an assignment dated May 22, 2009, and recorded in Book 4319, Page 13; of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder for breach of conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at PUBLIC AUCTION at 10:00 AM on May 18, 2023, on the mortgaged premises.
