City of Pittsfield Pittsfield City Council Notice of Special Permit Public Hearing The Pittsfield City Council will hold a public hearing on an application has been made by Hospitality Syracuse, Inc requesting an amendment of a special permit under Article 23 Section 7.839 of the Zoning Ordinance to allow a double sided drive-through order board with stacking lanes for the proposed Taco Bell restaurant at the intersection of Hubbard Avenue and Dalton Avenue, adjacent to 999 Dalton Avenue. The premises can be further identified as assessor's map parcel M14-3-110 and is located in a(n) I-L zoning district. A hearing upon this petition will be held remotely beginning at 7:00 PM Tuesday January 12th at which time you may appear using the instructions below and present any reason which you may have as to the granting or denying of this petition.
