REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS CITY OF NORTH ADAMS NA-2026-009 MGL c. 30B, Real Property Disposition The City of North Adams and Airport Commission, through the Chief Procurement Officer, are accepting proposals for the lease of building space, and development of a dining establishment on property adjacent to the Airport Administration Building at North Adams Municipal Airport. Proposals will be received until May 8, 2026 at 1:00 pm at the Office of Procurement, City Hall, 10 Main Street, Room 201, North Adams, MA and at that time and place will be publicly opened and recorded. This property will be leased to the proposer submitting the most advantageous proposal, if in the best interest of the City. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with the provisions of MGL c. 30B and any resulting lease will be made in accordance with the requirements of the solicitation. The City reserves the right to waive informalities, negotiate with the successful proposer, or to reject all proposals. The City of North Adams is not liable for any costs incurred by the proposer in submitting this proposal.
