City of Pittsfield Pittsfield Community Development Board and Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Special Permit Public Hearings The Pittsfield Community Development Board and Zoning Board of Appeals will each hold a public hearing on the application of One Twenty Onota Street LLC to expand the existing Side by Side assisted living facility campus by converting 4 existing multi-family residential buildings to 19 assisted living units. The project includes an application to the Community Development Board under Section 7.842 (assisted living residence) and Section 10.110f to reduce the number of required off-street parking spaces for properties located at 56 and 42-44 Gilbert Street and 55 and 53 West Union Street. The project also requires an application to the Zoning Board of Appeals under Section 8.3 (non-conformities) for a change of use at 55 West Union Street. The subject properties can be further identified as Assessor's Map G9-25-2, G9-25-3, G9-25-4, G9-25-14, and G9-25-15. The Community Development Board public hearing will be held at 6:00 pm on November 1, 2022 and conducted through the Zoom platform - access information can be found on the posted agenda or by contacting tkozlowski@cityofpittsfield.org. The Zoning Board of Appeals public hearing will be held at 7:00 pm on November 16, 2022, in City Hall Council Chambers, located at 70 Allen Street.
