Vertex Towers, LLC proposes to construct a wireless telecommunications facility off East Otis Road in Otis, Massachusetts (Assessor's ID Map 11, Lot 90) that will consist of panel antennas to be mounted onto the top of a proposed 146-foot tall monopine tower on a concrete foundation, including foundation, base plate, and anchor bolts. Associated telecommunications equipment will be located outside at the base of the structure within a 4,900 square foot lease area. Lease areas for future equipment shelters will be located within the fenced compound. In accordance with regulations implementing Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, Vertex Towers, LLC, hereby solicits public comment concerning its proposal.
