TOWN OF SHEFFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board on a proposed amendment to the Sheffield Zoning Bylaws by adding a new Section 7.6., Short-Term Rental of Residential Property. Copies of the amendment may be viewed by contacting the Town Clerk's office. The public hearing will be held on June 10, 2026 at 6:30 P.M. in the Town Hall 21 Depot Square, Sheffield MA.
