TOWN OF LENOX Zoning Board of Appeals Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that on January 21st 2026 at 7pm, the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a petition for the renewal of a Special Permit for the property at 90 Pittsfield Road (Map 22, Parcel 38 & 39) owned by GSA IV LLC/Sumer LLC, in the C3A zoning district. The petition is to request a renewal of the special permit granted on November 17, 2000 and most recently renewed on October 21, 2020 under the former 10.3.12 "Wireless Telecommunications Overlay District", now 8.18 "Personal Wireless Services" for the continued operation of the telecommunications facility. No changes shall be made to the site plan or tower during the period of this renewal.
