REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS USE OF TOWN OWNED LAND FOR HOUSING The Town of Egremont seeks requests for proposals for the use of town owned land for affordable and workforce housing. A copy of the request for proposal may be obtained by request at the Egremont Town Hall, 171 Egremont Plain Road, during regular business hours or via email upon request to tegremont@egremont-ma.gov. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed package, clearly marked "Proposal to Town of Egremont: Use of Town Owned Land for Housing", to the Town of Egremont, Chief Procurement Officer, P.O. Box 368, South Egremont MA 01258, no later than 2:00pm on August 15, 2022. The Town reserves the right to accept and/or reject any and all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
