COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS LAND COURT DEPARTMENT OF THE TRIAL COURT COMPLAINT TO FORECLOSE TAX LIEN seal No. 18TL001965 TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, and to Frances M. Asci, deceased, formerly of Albany in the State of New York; Joseph F. Asci, deceased, formerly of Fort Pierce in the State of Florida; Victor Asci, deceased, formerly of Fort Lauderdale in the State of Florida; Eloise Asci, Joseph Asci, III, and Angela Asci, all now or formerly of Fort Pierce in the State of Florida; Peter A. Asci and Frank Asci, both now or formerly of Dania in the State of Florida; or their heirs, devisees or legal representatives: Whereas, a complaint has been presented to said Town of Lanesborough, Berkshire County, said Commonwealth; to foreclose all rights of redemption from the tax lien proceeding described in said complaint in and concerning a certain parcel of land situate in the Town of Lanesborough in the County of Berkshire and in said Commonwealth, bounded and described in said complaint as follows: A parcel of land located on South Main Street, Lanesborough , MA. 01237. More particularly described in the Northern Berkshire Registry of Deeds in Book 470 Page 481. Parcel contains approximately 2,000.0 sq. Ft. shown as Map U16 Lot 68A on the Assessors original map. If you desire to make any objection or defense to said complaint you or your attorney must file a written appearance and an answer, under oath, setting forth clearly and specifically your objections or defense to each part of said complaint, in the office of the Recorder of said Court in Boston (at the Courthouse located on Three Pemberton Square, Room 507 in Boston, MA 02108), on or before the twentieth day of June in the year two thousand and twenty-two. Unless an appearance is so filed by or for you, your default will be recorded, the said complaint will be taken as confessed and you will be forever barred from contesting said complaint or any judgment entered thereon. And in addition to the usual service of this notice as required by law, it is ordered that the foregoing citation be published forthwith once in Berkshire Eagle a newspaper published in said Pittsfield.
