TOWN OF DALTON SELECT BOARD NOTICE OF CABLE LICENSE HEARING REGARDING THE RENEWAL OF CABLE TELEVISION LICENSE OF SPECTRUM NORTHEAST, LLC (CHARTER COMMUNICATIONS) Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:30 P.M. Dalton Senior Center, 40 Field Street Ext., Dalton, MA (Remote Participation Also Available) The Select Board of the Town of Dalton, as the Cable Television License Issuing Authority, will hold a Cable License Hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2025 at 6:30 P.M., at the Dalton Senior Center, 40 Field Street Ext., Dalton, MA 01226, regarding the renewal of the cable television license of Charter Communications, an indirect subsidiary of Charter Communications. Information regarding remote participation will be available on the Select Board's meeting agenda published on the Town's website at least 48 hours prior to the meeting or by contacting the Selectboard's office. The purpose of the hearing is to: (a) Identify future cable-related community needs and interests, and (b) Review the performance of the cable operator under its current Cable License. The public is invited to attend and to comment. The hearing is being held pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 166A, Section 13, the applicable Massachusetts Cable License Regulations (207 C.M.R. 3.05) and any other applicable laws, regulations and/or requirements. Relevant applications, reports, statements and/or amendment in the possession of the Town to be considered at the hearing, will be available for review and reproduction at and from the Office of the Select Board, Dalton Town Hall, 462 Main Street, Dalton, MA 01226, during regular town hall hours and as additionally may be made available, including by request.
