Town of Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the Lenox Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Special Permit from Section 5.3.2 "Nonconforming Uses" of the Lenox Zoning Bylaw for the property at 70 Kemble Street, owned by Shakespeare & Company, Inc, in the "R-1A" zoning district (Map 7, Parcel 22) on December 2, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. The Special permit is to allow for the creation of an advertised, ticketed outdoor performance space in an area approximately 110' x 140' currently occupied by buildings to be demolished.
