Rawson to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for First Franklin, A Division of Nat. City Bank of IN, dated May 11, 2006, and recorded at Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 3522, Page 13, and now held by the plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
