REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS RFP-2021-07 CARD OPERATED LAUNDRY EQUIPMENT AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES The Pittsfield Housing Authority (PHA) is soliciting, through a Request for Proposal (RFP), competitive proposals, to select a professional servicer of a highly qualified, knowledgeable, experienced, and insured provider to install, maintain card operated clothes washing machines and dryers for the tenants of PHA. Selection may be based solely upon written responses, or if determined, interviews may be requested. Proposed Schedule July 26, 2021 Release of Request for Proposals August 9, 2021 Question Deadline August 16, 2021 Sealed Proposals due no later than 4 p.m. EST RPP package may be obtained by contacting William Schrade, Pittsfield Housing Authority by email Williamschrade @pittsfieldhousing.org A walk through may be schedule by emailing williamschrade @pittsfieldhousing.org All questions must be in written form and emailed to williamschrade @pittsfieldhousing.org Sealed proposals must be received, and date stamped by the Pittsfield Housing Authority, 65 Columbus Ave, Suite 1, Pittsfield, MA 01201 no later than 4 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2021. Pittsfield Housing Authority hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Proposals received after this date and time will not be considered. PHA reserves the right to reject any or all proposals if such action is in the best interest of the Pittsfield Housing Authority and to waive any and/or all informalities and minor irregularities.
