Town of Sheffield Notice of Public Hearing The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on August 9, 2021 at 7:00 pm, at the Sheffield Town Hall, 21 Depot Square in the first floor conference room, regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Francisca Heming/MassDOT for property located at Route 7A in Ashley Falls, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to conduct milling and paving operations along Route 7A in Ashley Falls and to remove 2 inches of asphalt pavement and replace it with a new 2 inch surface course of pavement.
