Chapter 91 Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Waterways Program Waterways License Application Transmittal Number X286466 Applicant: Matthew and Catherine Mandel NOTIFICATION DATE: June 15, 2021 Public notice is hereby given of the Chapter 91 Waterways Simplified License Application by Matthew and Catherine Mandel to construct and maintain a dock accessory to a residential use at 16 Maple Lane, in the municipality of Stockbridge, in and over the waters of Stockbridge Bowl, a Commonwealth-designated Great Pond. The proposed project has been determined to be water-dependent. The Department may conduct a public hearing in order to receive information to be used in its decision on whether to grant a Waterways License pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 91. The Department will consider all written comments on this Waterways Simplified License Application received by close-of-business on 15th, July, 2021, the Public Comments Deadline. Failure of any aggrieved person or group of ten citizens or more to submit written comments to the Waterways Program by the Public Comments Deadline will result in the waiver of any right to an adjudicatory hearing in accordance with 310 CMR 9.13(4)(c).
