Chapter 131, Section 39A, the Berkshire Scenic Mountains Act, the Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, June 22, 2021 at 7 pm, via virtual Zoom meeting to review a Notice of Intent submitted by Margaret Bacon, PE on behalf of Mbacon Realty LLC, for work above 1500 ft elevation.
