TOWN OF LANESBOROUGH INVITATION TO BID The Town of Lanesborough, acting through its Procurement Officer is seeking sealed bids for Fiscal Year 2022 (July 1, 2021 to June 30, 2022) for the following materials: approximately 500 tons of SCREENED SAND, F.O.B. Plant and delivered to the Town's stockpile; approximately 2,000 tons of WASHED SAND, F.O.B. Plant and delivered to the Town's stockpile; approximately 500 tons of 3/4" WASHED OR CRUSHED STONE; price at the plant and delivered to Town Highway Department; approximately 600 tons of 1 1/2" WASHED OR CRUSHED STONE; price at the plant and delivered to Town Highway Department; approximately 200 tons of 2 1/2" WASHED OR CRUSHED STONE; price at the plant and delivered to Town Highway Department; approximately 1,500 tons SAND/SALT MIX (5:1 ratio), F.O.B. Plant and Town stockpile in truck load lots approximately 500 tons of PROCESSED GRAVEL, F.O.B. Plant and delivered to the Town's stockpile. (250 tons each 3/4" & 1 1/2") approximately 300 tons of BLACKTOP MILLINGS 3/4" or less; price at the plant and delivered to Town Highway Department; The above listed materials are for the 2021/2022 season's requirements. SEPARATE sealed bids for each material will be received until 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 08, 2021 All bids will be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the material being bid to: Town of Lanesborough, Procurement Officer, P.O. Box 1492, 83 North Main Street, Lanesborough, MA 01237. Any bids received after the specified time will not be accepted. The Chief Procurement Officer reserves the right to reject any or all bids if that would be in the best interest of the Town. Bids will be held for a period not to exceed 30 business days from the opening of the bids for the purposes of reviewing the bids.
