Pannozzo to Chevy Chase Bank F.S.B., dated February 5, 2004, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 3032, Page 162 and as amended by a Declaratory Judgment entered March 23, 2021 and recorded or filed in Book 6871 at Page 236 of the Berkshire (Middle District) Registry of Deeds, and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act.
