TOWN OF WEST STOCKBRIDGE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The West Stockbridge Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing at 7PM on May 20, 2021. This will be a Zoom hearing and instructions for participation will be posted on the Town Website the week before the hearing. The Applicant, Jason Dus, is seeking a Special Permit under Section 6.1.2 of the Zoning Bylaws for the alteration of a pre-existing non-conforming structure located at 19 Swamp Rd. The proposal is to rebuild an existing structure 39" closer to an abutting property line. The application and all accompanying information will be available from the Town Clerk by phone or email request. All interested parties are invited to participate in this virtual hearing.
