Town of Lee, Massachusetts Zoning Board of Appeals Notice is hereby given that the Lee Zoning Board of Appeals will hear a Petition for a Variance from Section 199-3.2(C) Floodplain District of the Lee Zoning Bylaw for the property at 51 Park Street, owned by Robert Trask, in the "DCBC" zoning district (Parcel# 018.A-0000-0121.0) on April 24th, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at the Lee Town Hall Courtroom at 32 Main Street.
