RICHMOND CONSERVATION COMMISSION The Richmond Conservation Commission will hold a virtual on-line public meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:00 PM in the Richmond Town Hall, 1529 State Road, to act on a Request for Determination of Applicability from the Town of Richmond. The property is located at 40 Firehouse Lane. The proposed work consists of reinstalling the community sand pile covering consisting of a roof on telephone pole posts and a surrounding wall of stacked concrete blocks to contain the sand, in an open flat area south of an existing red garage building. Persons wishing to attend the on-line meeting should consult the posted agenda for instructions to gain on-line access. The public meeting will be conducted in accordance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act (MGL ch. 131, sec. 40) and the Town of Richmond Local Wetland Bylaw (Chapter XII).
