Notice Content Sheffield MA RFQ/ HVAC Replacement LEGAL NOTICE Southern Berkshire Regional School District Request for Qualifications Design Services for the HVAC System Replacement The Southern Berkshire Regional School District seeks Statements of Qualifications from qualified design firms for the design of the Undermountain and Mt Everett Regional School Building HVAC replacement. The Project consists of the full replacement of the HVAC Systems of the Schools as identified in the EDM Ventilation Study. This includes but is not limited to replacing existing Vertical Unit Ventilators, Horizontal Unit Ventilators, and Rooftop Air Handling Units. The estimated cost of the work recommended is $1.4 million. The fee for the designer services will be negotiated with the successful firm at a not to exceed price of $101,000. Sealed responses must be received no later than 10:00 AM on April 7, 2021 at the Southern Berkshire Regional School District, Administrative Offices, 491 Berkshire School Road, Sheffield, MA 01201. Responses received after the time and date indicated will not be considered. The Southern Berkshire Regional School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities and to engage the services of a qualified firm as it deems to be in the best interest of the District.
