TOWN OF SHEFFIELD NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING BOARD Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that a public hearing will be held by the Planning Board on a proposed amendment to the Sheffield Zoning Bylaw regarding Accessory Uses. This amendment would: 1. Amend Section 3.1.3 Table of Use Regulations G-10 Home Occupation. 2. Amend Section 3.2 Accessory Uses or Structures - 3.2.1 Home Occupation. The virtual public hearing will be held on March 18, 2021 at 7:00 P.M. via conference call, dial 425-436-6322, Access Code: 142741. All persons wishing an opportunity to be heard will be provided an opportunity to speak.
