WHEREAS, Plaintiffs seek relief as follows: 1.That this Honorable Court allow a Motion for service by Publication and Extension of Time to Serve; 2. That this Honorable Court grant an Order allowing Plaintiff's Motion for Service by Publication 3. That this Honorable Court grant such other relief as this court deems just and appropriate. AND, it appearing that Austin Sacco, whose present whereabouts are unknown, the said parties being the Parties-in-Interest in the above entitled cause, it is: ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that notice of the pendency of this cause be given by Plaintiffs at the frequency of once in each of two successive weeks in The Berkshire Eagle, a newspaper published in Berkshire County, with circulation, among other locales, in Adams, Massachusetts, to notify said Defendants to serve an Answer to said Complaint upon the Attorney for Plaintiffs, Marinosci Law Group, P.C., 275 West Natick Road, Suite 500, Warwick, RI 02886, and to file the answer within twenty (20) days of the last publication of this notice with the Office of the Clerk of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Land Court Department of the Trial Court. If they fail to do so, Judgment will be taken against them for the relief demanded in the Complaint, following the entry of their default.
