Lenox Planning Board Town Hall 6 Walker Street Lenox, Massachusetts 01240 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 40A, Section 5 of the Massachusetts General Laws that the Lenox Planning Board will hold a public hearing for the following proposed amendments to the Lenox Zoning Bylaw: - Creating conformity between the Lenox Zoning Bylaw and Massachusetts General Law. - Creating standards for commercial Farm Stands in Residential districts. - Creating reasonable, simplified guidelines for "Backyard Chickens". - Allowing and creating reasonable, simplified guidelines for small Neighborhood Farm Stands. The hearing will take place on Tuesday, February 23, 2021, via Zoom at 6:00PM. Zoom information will be available on the Town of Lenox website at least 48 hours in advance of the hearing date and time.
