Notice of Planning Board Hearing The Lenox Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing on November 12th at 6:00 pm at Lenox Town Hall to present and take comments on proposed Zoning Bylaw amendments going to the November 14th Special Town Meeting. The proposed amendments are as follows: Amending Section 9.2, "Accessory Dwelling Units" (ADUs) to conform with the recently amended state law concerning Accessory Dwelling Units. (with corresponding changes made to Section 5 Schedule of Uses and Section 4 Definitions, as well) Amending Section 8.4, "Short-Term Rental of Residential Properties", to prohibit the short-term rental use of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Lenox. (with corresponding changes to be made to Section 4 Definitions, as well) Copies of the proposed zoning amendments are available in the Office of Town Clerk during regular business hours and on the Town of Lenox website, www.townoflenox.com.
