Chapter 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act, The Dalton Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 26, 2021, at 7 pm via virtual zoom meeting to review a Notice of Intent submitted by the City of Pittsfield Department of Public Services and Utilities to construct a new chemical storage building, fire pump building, revised storm water management system, regrading, paving extension and repaving. Regulated impacted areas include a 200 ft. riverfront area within Dalton. Property is located at the existing Ashley WTP site on the town line, (Ashley Way) in both Washington, MA and Dalton, MA.
