Gilardi and Shauna L. Gilardi to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for WMC Mortgage Corp., its successors and assigns, dated April 20, 2004, and recorded in Berkshire County (Middle District) Registry of Deeds in Book 2930, Page 36, and now held by plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status.
