LEGAL NOTICE The Pittsfield Housing Authority (PHA) has developed its FY2023 PHA Annual Plan, amended FY 2022 PLAN, Capital Fund Program (CFP) Annual Plan, five-year plan and supporting documents in accordance with federal regula tions. We will be sharing these plans and all supporting documents with both public housing residents and Section 8 participants. The draft plans and supporting documents are available for review beginning December 9, 2023, at the Authority's main office, located at 65 Columbus Ave, Pittsfield. A meeting with residents and Section 8 participants, which is called the Resident Advisory Board, will be held on Thursday January 12, 2023 at 11:00am in the Community Room at 65 Columbus Ave, Pittsfield. Written comments on the plans will be accepted until close of business, Thursday February 9, 2023 and a Public Hearing will be held on this same day at 11:00 am in the Community Room of the main Administrative Office of the Pittsfield Housing Authority, 65 Columbus Ave, Pittsfield. Please note that masks will be required for both the January 12th and February 9th meetings.
