NOTICE OF PUBLIC DISCLOSURE TOWN OF LANESBOROUGH REVALUATION FY2023 The Town of Lanesborough has completed the town wide property revaluation for Fiscal Year 2023. State Law requires that a comprehensive review of all properties be assessed annually and recertified by the Department of Revenue (DOR) every five (5) years. This revaluation program ensures that all properties are assessed at full and fair cash valuation in accordance with the law and DOR guidelines. The proposed new values will be available for review November 21st - 29th, 2022 in the Assessor's office at 83 North Main St, Lanesborough, MA during business hours. Reports will also be available for review at the Assessor's office and on the Town's website at www.lanesborough-ma.gov.
