TOWN OF CLARKSBURG CONSERVATION COMMISSION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Conservation Commission of the town of Clarksburg will hold a public hearing pursuant to the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, section 40, the Wetlands Protection Act on Wednesday November 9, 2022, at 6:00 pm, at town hall, 111 River Road. The purpose of this hearing is to act on a Request by the Department of Conservation and Recreation to extend an existing Order of Conditions for maintenance of aquatic vegetation in Mauserts Pond.
