Boltrom and Dorene Boltrom to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, and now held by Matrix Financial Services Corporation, said mortgage dated September 22, 2017 and recorded in the Berkshire County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 2439, Page 158, said mortgage was assigned from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Freedom Mortgage Corporation, its successors and assigns to Matrix Financial Services Corporation by assignment dated May 7, 2021 and recorded with said Registry of Deeds in Book 2687, Page 3; for breach of the conditions in said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold at Public Auction on May 30, 2024 at 04:00 PM Local Time upon the premises, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, to wit: Real property in the City of ASHLEY FALLS, Town of SHEFFIELD, County of BERKSHIRE, State of Massachusetts, described as follows: LOT #4 AS SHOWN ON A MAP ENTITLED, "LANDS OF: LOTS 1,2,3,4 & 5 TOTAL 6.375 ACR. 569/288 DICK BUNCE & SONS, INC. FEBRUARY 1986", WHICH MAP IS RECORDED IN THE SOUTHERN BERKSHIRE DISTRICT REGISTRY OF DEEDS IN MAP BOOK 7 PAGE 137. CONTAINING 1.275 ACRES. BEING ALL OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY CONVEYED TO JAMES R.
