City of Pittsfield Historical Commission Notice of Demolition Delay Hearing The Pittsfield Historical Commission will hold a public hearing under section 3-3.1 "Delay of demolition for preservation of historically significant structures" on the application of Miss Hall's School for the proposed demolition of a pre-1840's era structure more recently referred to as the Weston House, located at 465 Holmes Road. The site can be further identified as Assessor's Map J5-2-5. The public hearing will be held in City Hall - Room 203 on Monday, August 1st, 2022 at 5:15 P.M. A copy of the demolition application is on file in the Department of Community Development Office, Room 205, City Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.).
