Public Notice Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection Division of Wetlands and Waterways MassDEP Boston Office 1 Winter Street Boston, MA 02108 Pursuant to 33 U.S.C. 1341 M.G.L. c. 21 26 - 53, notice is given of a 401 Water Quality Certification application for repairs to the State Route 8 Culvert (Culvert No. O-05-008) over the West Branch of the Farmington River in Otis, MA by the Massachusetts Department of Transportation - Highway Division, District One, 270 Main Street, Lenox, MA 01240. The project will involve dewatering and fill to the West Branch of the Farmington River for work on the existing culvert wingwall.
