Cahill to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. acting solely as a nominee for Lend America, dated March 6, 2009, and recorded in Berkshire County (Northern District) Registry of Deeds in Book 1365, Page 341, as affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated August 20, 2013, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 1527, Page 604, and further affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated November 19, 2016, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 1615, Page 37, and further affected by a Loan Modification Agreement dated February 24, 2020, and recorded at said Registry of Deeds in Book 1707, Page 121, and now held by the Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of Defendant's/Defendants' Servicemembers status. If you now are, or recently have been, in the active military service of the United States of America, then you may be entitled to the benefits of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act. If you object to a foreclosure of the above-mentioned property on that basis, then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer in this court at Three Pemberton Square, Boston, MA 02108 on or before 6/6/2022 or you may lose the opportunity to challenge the foreclosure on the ground of noncompliance with the Act.
