Town of Sheffield Notice of Public Hearing The Sheffield Conservation Commission will hold a public hearing on September 27, 2021 at 7:00 pm, regarding a Request for Determination of Applicability, filed by Rhonda Cushwa for property located at 247 South Undermountain Road, Sheffield, in accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 131, sec. 40. The purpose of the hearing is to upgrade the chicken coop from a metal utility trailer to a new 10' X 14' shed. The floor will be made of wood and the shed will sit on a gravel pad. The intention of the applicant will be discussed in compliance with the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act.
