The Project consists of: Abatement of hazardous materials, demolition of 3-unit apartment house and site restoration. Project Title: 221 East Road Demolition Project. The work is estimated to cost $ 47,766 Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-.I & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.I49 26 to 27H inclusive. For projects with an estimated construction cost of over $100,000, General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM), according to Article 2.1 in Section 00.21.00 Instructions to Bidders, in the category of: Not Applicable General Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, October 6 at 10:00 AM and publicly opened, forthwith.
